How We’ll Vibe

The way we move our bodies can say a lot about ourselves. At Vibe High Fitness, we offer customized programs that are tailored to each client’s individual needs.

1-on-1 Hb; Training

In the first session the client will complete a fitness assessment so that I am able to discover any over or under active muscles and establish postural position so that we are able to create a custom fitness plan. 

Semi Private Training:

Can be done when I am running a fixed program and more than one person wants to join. Also available to clients who want to workout together and split the cost for the hour session.

Beginner Friendly Workshops

Designed for an individual to become more clear on specific movement patterns, form and execution

  • Visual and hands on learning 

  • Includes demonstrations, feedback and support
